Vigilant Auditing of Accounts is licensed in Dubai for one activity: auditing of accounts. We do audit and assurance work only.
Who we are
Vigilant by name. Independent by practice.
We set up Vigilant on a simple idea: an audit is only worth something if the auditor is independent, careful and willing to ask awkward questions. Our firm is based in Al Garhoud, Dubai, and serves mainland and free zone companies across the UAE.
Because audit is our only service, we have no conflicts. We don't sell you bookkeeping and then sign off on it. We don't need to win other work from you. Our job is to give your shareholders, lenders and regulators an honest opinion, and to give you useful findings along the way.
We work under International Standards on Auditing, report under IFRS, and keep up with the changes Corporate Tax has brought to UAE financial reporting.

Your fee is fixed in the engagement letter before work begins. If the scope changes, we talk to you before any extra cost is incurred.
